Me Thinks

There are scriptures such as Mosiah 24:12 which talk about praying in your heart to God. I respectfully kneel twice a day to say personal prayers, but I say prayers in my heart all throughout the day. I am grateful to know about,and have a testimony of, a loving Heavenly Father who hears every prayer.  He sees us, He knows us, and He loves us.  There is no greater knowledge! Just to know that He is aware and that He is mindful is a precious blessing and very calming.  I acknowledge His hand in my life.
