Family is here to visit. Some have come and gone and others have now arrived. Family in the house means that there are diapers on the garage steps awaiting the garbage can, my phone charger is always being used, there are various cups on the counter and a pile of shoes by the front door, the downstairs playroom is difficult to walk through because of the scattered toys, the washing machine is often in use as is the dishwasher, I am cooking big-time again, and towels are hung in many places, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I am always concerned that the children will be bored because we are not out and about doing enough fun things, but I have learned that when the children come to town, often they just want to be at home and relax. Being together and visiting is the favorite thing to do. Happy, happy times.
