 I admire Arthur Brooks and I like listening to him or reading what he has to say.

“Love things, use people, worship yourself" — that’s the world’s formula.

I propose a new formula -- "Love people, use things, worship God."

We need to subvert the culture with our love.

Stop thinking that satisfaction equals more. When you want less your satisfaction grows. 

The habits of happiest people are: faith, family, friends, and meaningful work.

Don't focus on yourself.  You need to get small to make the universe large.
