I just arrived home from a Girl's Camp in the mountains and I loved it. I appreciate the chance I was given to step away from the pressures of life and catch my breath. I felt the Spirit speak to me in quiet moments and I came home desiring to be a better person with specific instruction as to what to do differently. I was dirty on the outside but felt clean on the inside. There was an amazing feeling of love in our camp this year.  The girls treated one another with kindness, patience, and understanding. Of course there were issues, but they were minor. We definitely felt like a family, or as one leader put it, "a loving community." I saw girls grow socially, try things they had not tried before, work together, sing together, laugh together, and express tender feelings at testimony meeting. We are not a huge ward, and the girls are very different from one another, but we are nonetheless close, and we very much enjoyed our time together.
