Today I had the most wonderful afternoon.  I had different young women coming over to my house every 20 minutes to talk about their personal progress.  What could be better than to listen to how a young woman reached out to her younger sibling in love for two weeks? Or how a young woman participated in the "Light the World" campaign and said tearfully, "I didn't know it would make such a big difference in my life!" Or how another is caring for 11 pets and is learning responsibility or how another is reading the Book of Mormon and is determined to read a chapter a day.  One young woman painted her bedroom and another is setting up a three-month budget plan.  One read the Proclamation about the role of wives and mothers and she will be reading conference talks on women this month.  One has been asked to help plan New Beginnings and another is participating in a school play.  Two are on the swim team and another is making crafts for a spring craft show.  The variety is astounding and the worth of each of them is inestimable. My job is to sit and be astounded by their goals and their growth, to applaud and cheer, and to express love and admiration.  I have a great job.
