My Dad turns 90 today!  He never thought he would live this long and I am sure happy he is still here.  Here are a few things I have learned from my Dad:
--It is never too late to change careers or to start a new chapter in life.
--You are capable of more than you think you are.
--Follow the Brethren.  Stay true to their counsel.
--Have faith in the Lord.
--Treat your spouse with love and respect.
--Put your family as a high priority in life.
--Get up early.
--Work hard.
--Save money.
--Be generous.
--Enjoy chocolate.
--Aim high.
--Find ways to serve in every stage of life.
--Keep your ivy trimmed.
--Continue learning.--Exercise.
--Never get behind a man. (Ha!)
--Trust the Lord.
--Study the scriptures.
--"Prove" the Lord and he will come through.

I love you Dad!
