I've got to tell you about this friend that I have. Lucky me to have Gisela as a friend. She calls to check on me and she invites me often to attend the temple with her. She knows what is going on in my life and she genuinely cares about me. She is a talented seamstress and she has made things for me. She bakes exotic creations like plum pastries and shares them with us and she also bakes the most delicious butter cookies you have ever tasted (pictured above). She knocked on my door today and gave me a plate of them and they were so good! Isn't it amazing how much light and love can flow into one's life because of the kindness of another?
