After five weeks of company everyone has now left, and the house is very quiet today with Logan and Matthew off to work. I cleaned my desk, did lots of laundry, put away toys and children's books, and went over lists for the week. I have loved the past five weeks. We do not live close to any of our grandchildren so it is a real treat when they come into town. How I adore each of them! The good thing about having grandchildren who live out of town is that when they come to stay with you, you see them at bedtime in their pajamas, you see them when they wake up and wander up the stairs, and you see them all throughout the day, not just for a few hours on Sunday for dinner. Hats off to their parents who are working hard to raise them and care for them.
I'm so glad you finally have your house back and your routine! :) I wish we had another Utah trip to look forward to. We'll just hold tightly to the great memories we have from our trip this summer. Xoxo
