I like this book!

You may be aware that Ruth Bader Ginsburg was a very hard worker. She put in long hours at the office plus she battled cancer.  She hired a trainer to exercise with her and she became very diligent in her exercise routine. This book shows her exercise routine and provides general fitness tips.

Whatever you do, do something! Exercise is the great equalizer. You’re the only one with jurisdiction over your body, so if you don’t use it, you will lose it (pg. 10).

There’s nothing wrong with setting specific goals, but the most important outcome of an exercise routine can’t be quantified.  It comes down to being healthy, feeling good, and staying consistent (pg. 42).

The body is like a machine—it’s made to move (pg. 67).

You eat to live, you don’t live to eat.  You should go wild only once in a while, and only if you’re balancing it with an active lifestyle (pg. 106).
