Oh my, oh my, what have I done? I did something radical and uncharacteristic! I made a large mess in the downstairs family room which will force me into action. Prior to yesterday, I had been slowly working my way through files of papers, pictures, and keepsakes, but I wanted to see everything that I was working with and clean out the storage room completely. The storage room is now pristine (though as Matthew says, the stuff was simply moved from one room to another) and two large file cabinets will be given away this week. I am determined that these boxes of files are not going back into storage. Each box will be sorted and many items will be digitized. I have a list of things I want to do in life but I cannot even look at that list of dreams until I get through this stuff! This is my mantra that I need to repeat over and over again-- "It will happen, it can happen, little by little, you can do it."
