"Those who have passed on are as deeply interested in our welfare today, if not with greater capacity, with far more interest behind the veil, than they were in the flesh. They see us, they are solicitous for our welfare, they love us now more than ever."
Sometimes I think about this quote and what it means. I do not doubt that family members who have passed on continue to love and care about us. I wonder in what way they are they able to be solicitous (showing interest or concern) for our welfare. I would not be surprised to know that there have been many times in my life where I have been aided by those on the other side. I am sure that these loved ones are helping us in whatever way they can. I think that family ties and feelings of love and concern continue after death.
