A 93 year-old in surgery!
Will he be all right?
Did we make the right decision to have surgery?
The nurses and doctors were excellent, patient, and very kind.
My father agreed to be wheeled into the hospital!
Relief when he woke up snappy and full of comments.
Concern about his care at home when he goes home tomorrow.
The blessing of having siblings (and in-laws) who band together to help him.
Juggling--Christmas, students, family, sleep, etc.
Google docs are nice for organizing things.
I feel strength from praying.
I love Christmas music.
Thanksgiving leftovers are still delicious days afterwards.
This is my life right now, helping my Dad, and I am happy to do it.
