F Minus Comic Strip for August 24, 2019 (Tony Carillo, August 24, 2019, F minus comic)

So true! Are we not prone to complain? Complaints flow smoothly and effortlessly out of our mouths.  Finding the good takes more thought.

I like this line from Hal Urban in his boos Positive Words, Powerful Results:

Like many other people, I was much better at finding the bad and the ugly, and then, of course, complaining about it.  As I said earlier, we live in a culture of complaint.  Without even realizing it, we first get infected and then we become carriers--moaning, whining, grumbling, complaining.  We find the bad and pass it on.  Look for the good instead of the bad, the right instead of the wrong, the beauty instead of the blight, the joy instead of the sorrow.  Do this, and you'll always have something good to say.  Why waste your time and energy looking for the negative, finding it, and then bringing other people down by talking about it all the time?  Doesn't it make a lot more sense to look for the good, find the good, and then celebrate it with others?
