It is hard for me to relax. I know that it is important and I am even told in my patriarchal blessing to find time to relax, but I often feel stretched with more to do than can be done, and I carry burdens in my mind and in my heart. Last week while in southern California, for a couple of hours I took a book out to a beach chair and I read while I listened to the waves. It was heaven and I felt replenished.

I came home recharged and ready to face real life again. I need to schedule regular time-outs to get recharged. And I don't mean that I need to go to a beach.  I can find heavenly recharging places around here.
