Today was our Ward Conference. A member of the High Council stood and read off the names of General Church leaders, Stake leaders, and Ward leaders, and we were given the chance to sustain them . The High Council member smoothly read off the names of the new First Presidency and I raised my hand in support. As I did, I realized that this was the first time I had been asked to raise my hand to support President Nelson as the prophet of the church. A tingle ran down my spine and a confirmation filled my soul that this man is the Lord's chosen. He has been prepared for such a time as this. I sustain Him and know that he will guided by the Savior to lead and direct the affairs of the church.
