Listening to a variety of presentations in SOC 404
Spending time with my Dad
Watching videos of my brother Hal
Listening to uplifting music
Exercising
Praying
Laughing (not enough)
Figuring out how to escape the room we were locked in at young women's.
Talking with young women and hearing of their progress
Listening to students figure out their Christmas piano pieces
Getting another test over with in my computer programming class and having the commands to make certain graphs work! Here are the commands I used for one graph/problem:

 scatter agealc1 educate, mcolor(black) msize(medlarge) msymbol(oh) ///
ytitle( "Age when started drinking alcohol") xtitle("Years of education") ///
 jitter(7) || lfit agealc1 educate, title("Figure. Scatterplot of age started alcohol score and education") /// legend(off) lcolor(red) lwidth(medthick)

Hard times this week:
Waking up one morning at 3:30 worried about the computer programming test
Vowing not to swear or cry during the test
Waking up another morning at 4:30 worried about not getting the sewing done for the soon-to-be-born grandson.
Letting negative thoughts creep into my head about my abilities, my organization, my attitude

Common theme of the week:
Praying to the Lord, pledging to try harder and be better, and pleading for help.
