It used to be family night with seven people in attendance at our house.  We would spend a considerable amount of time on the "calendaring" section of family night, with many things to coordinate and go over between us.  We always had refreshments and an activity and our lesson was rotated between us.  The lessons were often creative, involving visual aids, drama, stories, and pictures.

We are still consistent with the holding of family night, though the mood seems much quieter and calmer.  We still go over calendar and "family business," and we always have some kind of spiritual content, along with music. We have a treat or activity some of the time, but the feeling is great and the closeness we feel with one another is a precious treasure.

Family night has blessed our family.
