I love the book Dare Greatly by Brene Brown.  I read it months ago, I read it again, and now I am rereading quotes from it.  There are so many powerful points in the book.  Here is one:

Perfect and bulletproof are seductive, but they don’t exist in the human experience.  We must walk into the arena with courage and the willingness to engage.  Rather than sitting on the sidelines and hurling judgment and advice, we must dare to show up and let ourselves be seen.  This is vulnerability.  This is daring greatly.

Perhaps it is because I am in school right now and I feel humble and out of place every day, that this quote hits me. Everyone has things in life that require courage and a willingness to engage.  Hats off to you for stepping into the arena, or staying in the arena, even when you are shaking in your boots or getting beat up.
