Me Thinks

My sister found this journal of my Dad's this week and we loved reading through it and asking him questions about his life at age 13.  As you will see, Dad made a note of the weather at the end of each day's notation.  I loved taking a peek into his life during the year 1939 in a small town in Idaho.  Not shown are other entries telling about the night Butch was initiated into scouts, how a certain girl was "swell", and how he took his mother to the movie, "The Wizard of Oz."
