Me Thinks

I am grateful to be alive.

I am grateful to live on this earth.  It is a beautiful earth and I enjoy the seasons, the variety in nature, and the mountains.

I am humbled to live in America and to enjoy many, priceless freedoms.  I am grateful to the thousands who came before me built this country up.  I am the recipient of their service and devotion.

I am grateful for a healthy body.

I am grateful for the home I grew up in, for a wonderful mother and father and great siblings.

I am grateful for my sweetheart and for our marriage. I am grateful for my children and grandchildren. I cherish each one of them.  They bring me so much joy.

I am humbled that I have clean water to drink, food to eat, a car to drive, a warm house, appliances that work, clean clothes, and money in the bank.

I am grateful for friends--those important connections that make life so pleasant.

I walk around feeling like the luckiest girl around.  I am so blessed.
