I was happy to read these lines this morning:

You don't need unbearable pain to witness immense gain.  

Moderate walks are an effective form of exercise.  

Too many people think you have to exercise really, really hard to get a benefit, and nothing could be further from the truth.  

Benefits of walking include improved metabolism of blood sugar, reduced belly fat, body weight, bad cholesterol and blood pressure, and increased exercise tolerance, good cholesterol and insulin sensitivity.  

The benefits of walking are not only physical, but mental.  

Walker have less anxiety and signs of depression, and more overall energy.
