I recently read a book titled, "Still Alice" about a woman who suffers from Alzherimer's disease.  It is a wrenching book as it tells the story of Alice, who goes from being a smart, busy and fulfilled woman in the prime of her life to a scared, confused, depleted woman in just a few short years.  At one point, Alice says,
"My yesterdays are disappearing, and my tomorrows are uncertain, so what do I live for?  I live for each day.  I live in the moment."

I'm not suggesting a "eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow we die" life philosophy, but I, for one, need to remind myself to live each day joyfully.  I sometimes worry to much about the future.  As Elder Uchtdorf said in General Conference October 2012,
"There is something in each day to embrace and cherish."

As Patty Tueller often says, "MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!"
