After many years, I have a one year old living in my home again--at least until his Mom and Dad come back from a trip. Watching this little guy full time is not the same as having him come and visit with his Mom and Dad. This time, I am responsible for his meals, his diaper changes, and his safety and I am praying to keep him safe while they are away. Skills are coming back to me slowly, things I used to do easily--like grocery shopping, running errands, getting ready for the day, and making dinner with a little buddy by my side. He loves it when "Papa" comes home each night and when Logan is around. I tell him every day that his Dad and Mom love him.
p.s. I am excited to see my other grandchildren soon!
